South African boerewors. Enjoy it around a braai or even fried during those cold, northern hemisphere, winter months. Ostrich and beef mix (sheep casings are used). 70/30 meat/fat ratio. Each package contents should contain 510g. Please note: 2 ice-packs will be automatically added to any frozen product purchase. Due to the nature of transport and unforeseen delivery/pick up delays, we cannot guarantee your goods will still be frozen, however, we have taken all necessary precautions. Important: Local: We ship only from Monday to Wednessday and not where the Thursday or Friday is a public holiday. Orders received after 17:00 on Tuesday will be sent the following Monday.
