Slabs can be pre-ordered when we start a batch. Whatever is not ordered is then cut into slices.  Please note that if you order slabs, your order will only be dispatched when the slabs are harvested.

Fatty Biltong cut into thin and thick slices made to our secret recipe of spices.
Plerase note that this biltong does have some sinew in it. While we do try to remove as much as we can, the sinew is what holds the fat to the meat. Therefore it is impossible to remove it all.
