Traditional South African dried boerewors. Made from 100% beef with a sheep casing.
Contains no pork products.

Beef, vinegar, salt, spices, herbs & spice extracts, MSG (flavour enhancer), dextrose, flavourings, dehydated vegetable (onion - irradiated), sodium erythorbate, vegetable oil (canola), preservative (sodium metabisulphite).

May contain gluten in the spices, i.e. soy wheat gluten.
