South African boerewors. Enjoy it around a braai or even fried during those cold, northern hemisphere, winter months. Ostrich and beef mix (sheep casings are used). 70/30 meat/fat ratio. Please note that each package contents should contain 505g.

Owner review: This is the combined opinion of our quality control crew (wife and 2 sons) for this first test. The test portion of 500g was fried in a pan using oil. The taste is good. Traditional Boerewors

This is the thick boerewors.
This is South Africa's favourite version of boerewors with a 70/30 ratio of meat to fat and made from beef and pork. The higher fat content gives a more juicy feel to the boeries as well as enhancing the flavours of the spices. Each package contents should contain 505g. A small variance may occur due to machine tolerance.
