Spur Durky Sauce

Tender beef steak pieces in a mild pepper sauce wrapped in a light pastry. This wonderful "garage pie" is slightly larger than it's South African cousin weighing in at a massive 230g. Pies in SA are generally 180-200g.
Please note that thawing may/will occur during delivery. Our tests (in December 2022) showed that we could refreeze after a delivery duration of 5 days.

Important:
Local: We ship only from Monday to Wednessday and not where the Thursday or Friday is a public holiday. Orders received after 17:00 on Tuesday will be sent the following Monday.
International: Mondays only. Orders received on Monday will be sent the following Monday. We will only use DPD for international orders of boerewors.

Please ensure that someone is available to receive the goods. Returned goods will be charged for including the return delivery fees.

This is the thick boerewors.
This is South Africa's favourite version of boerewors with a 70/30 ratio of meat to fat and made from beef and pork. The higher fat content gives a more juicy feel to the boeries as well as enhancing the flavours of the spices. Each package contents should contain 505g. A small variance may occur due to machine tolerance.

Due to the nature of transport and unforeseen delivery/pick up delays, we cannot guarantee your goods will still be frozen, however, we have taken all necessary precautions.
