This is South Africa's favourite version of boerewors with a 70/30 ratio of meat to fat and made from only organic beef and pork. The higher fat content gives a more juicy feel to the boeries as well as enhancing the flavours of the spices. Each package contents should contain 505g. A small variance may occur due to machine tolerance.
